Overall the heart rate data during rest and workouts seem to be the same.
Whoop seems to just get to the actual number faster and always matched the manual capture.
Apple Watch lagged by 10-15 seconds in the HR reading so I guess whoop wasn’t as inaccurate as I thought initially..
